Recent Events

PRP Aviation loves our Ocala/Marion County community. We have the pleasure to host our First Responders who have a response commitment at the Ocala international Airport to teach them about the unique features of the SF-50, SR-22 AND SR-20 Cirrus Aircrafts. We never want to deal with an aircraft accident, but our team is trained to assist a pilot after a CAPS deployment or aircraft incident.

June 1st we had the pleasure of holding the first of many Fly In's! We had delicious fried fish, good company and airplanes parked on the ramp! Our next Fly In is already in the works for October 2022. Whether your a pilot, a friend of PRP, or a traveling enthusiast, we hope you'll join us to enjoy a unique community coming together to talk about all things aviation.

Also recently, we had the privilege of hosting the unveiling of Patriot Service Dogs (PSD) brand new Land Rover which they won in the Defender Service Awards. We first met Victoria and her team of volunteers when they were looking to rally local support to raise awareness for their organization and the contest. Every person we meet from PSD exhibited passion for their cause and compassion for their service dogs. PSD we celebrate your victory and look forward to what is coming up next for you!

Visitors & Guests

PRP is always seeking for ways to inspire the next generation in all thing's aviation. First, we started partnering with Forrest High Schools' JROTC program and this partnership has provided their cadets the opportunity to acquire flight time for those interested in a career as an Air Force Pilot. In addition, the flight time aides with scholarship opportunities. Also, we have recently been able to open our facility to young Civil Air Patrol (CAPS) members to come and fly with CAPS pilots. We look forward to continuing to build on these programs while creating new opportunities as well.
